Wagoner Police Officer Travis Potts walked away scot free after he wrecked a pickup with his girlfriend and two children as passengers, according to a body cam video just released. Potts ran the pickup into a ditch. The incident happened in late 2017, and Potts is still on active duty at the police force.

Police wander around the scene as the children play and Potts stumbles around, at one point trying to open one of the police vehicles for some unknown reason. Police made reports but did not arrest Potts.

At one point in the video, after Potts stumbles and almost falls while trying to hug one of the children, one of the children says “My daddy is crying! What happened to him?”
