Porum Assistant Police Chief David Kash has been charged in Muskogee County District Court with two felony counts of child sexual abuse stemming from incidents occurring between September and December of this year.
According to a report filed by the OSBI investigator, Kash’s wife called 911 after two juveniles reported to family members that Kash had sexually assaulted them over a period of several months.
Kash also is alleged to have recorded the incidents on his cell phone.
A sexual assault nurse examination found injuries to one of the children consistent with child sexual abuse.
Kash is alleged to have admitted to the OSBI investigator that he began sexually abusing the children in September, and described instances of receiving oral sex from both children. He further allegedly detailed instances of him vaginally manipulating one of the children.
