Madison Medlock, 46, has been charged in Muskogee County District Court with a felony count of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16 after an incident that allegedly occurred in the Fort Gibson Schools alternative education building, where he was contracted as a counselor from CREOKS.

One student told investigators that Medlock showed him a “video of a female lifting up her shirt and a penis falling out, along with a video of a female fingering herself.”

Another student told investigators Medlock showed him a “teaser” video and talked about how “friends will send ridiculous videos sometimes.” The video depicted a man in a Jason mask whose pants started falling off. A third child was present at the time but didn’t see the video.

Medlock allegedly told the investigator that he covered the bottom of the video because “the guy’s dong was out.”

He is only charged in the first video, according to court documents.
