A Muskogee woman and man were injured in a wreck three feet south of city limits on US 64 around 2 p.m. today, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Norma Hale, 67, was driving a 1994 Nissan southbound on US 64 when she failed to stop for a red light, according to the patrol, and hit a 2005 Ford.
Hale was transported to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa by helicopter, where she was admitted with head and trunk internal injuries.
Her passenger, Chris Allison, 59, of Muskogee, was also flown to Tulsa and admitted with head and trunk internal injuries.
Neither were wearing seat belts.
The occupants of the other vehicle were not injured.
