Muskogee police seized 16 firearms, ammunition, drugs, digital scales, driver’s licenses, birth certificates, drug paraphernalia and counterfeit money from Muskogee man Blake Miller, 33, while serving a warrant on March 7 at 2418 Manitou Street, according to police reports.

Miller, who is a convicted felon, is prohibited by law from possessing firearms, 10 of which were rifles or shotguns, the rest pistols, including at least three Derringer-style pistols meant to be easily concealed.

Miller was wanted on a warrant for allegedly feloniously pointing a firearm at Erick Price during an argument on Jan. 19, but when police served it and cleared the residence, they found the contraband items, according to Lincoln Anderson of the Muskogee Police Department.

Miller has previously been charged with possession of contraband by an inmate, aiding and abetting a minor in a drug crime, intimidation of a witness, attempted delivery of controlled dangerous substance, possession of firearms after a conviction, aiding and abetting a minor in a drug crime (second or subsequent offense), possession of controlled drugs, driving under the influence of drugs, protective order violation and operating a defective vehicle.
