WARNING: This story contains graphic descriptions of rape.
Justin Tyler Anderson, 20, of Okay, and Taylor Lee-Ann Robinson, 23, of Claremore are charged in a rape that happened in April, according to documents filed with the case.
Anderson is accused of actually committing the rape, while Robinson is charged with serving as his lookout to prevent him from being interrupted.
Anderson is charged with three felonies: First-degree rape, rape by instrumentation and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Robinson is charged with felony conspiracy.
According to an affidavit filed with the case, Anderson is accused of strangling the victim, whose name is being withheld, to control her while he entered her vagina with his fingers and penis. The victim told police and a nurse that she felt “as if she was going to die.”
Though the affidavit suggested further charges of attempted murder be added to the case, the district attorney did not file attempted murder charges.
Warrants have been issued for both suspects’ arrests.
