The city’s joint resolution with the county incorporated the governor’s executive order and any future amendments, which means if the city and county don’t take any action, Muskogee and the county will follow by default the governor’s schedule to reopen the state.
Both the city and county have agenda items on their regular Monday meetings to consider the recommendations of the task force. As it stands, personal service businesses can reopen today, as long as they have submitted the mitigation plans the city required businesses to submit.
The city will decide on the other dates on the governor’s schedule at their respective meetings Monday.
