Dalton Laak Colley, 25, of Fort Gibson is charged with a felony count of terrorism hoax after a video he posted to YouTube appeared to show him threatening to shoot up schools in Fort Gibson.
According to Muskogee County District Attorney Orvil Loge, Colley admitted making the video as a hoax to drum up interest in his business, which is unknown at this time.
The video allegedly started with news reports of an old threat at the schools, then finished with a song that talked about going around and shooting people.
Colley is currently under a deferred judgment for possession of illegal drugs with intent to distribute. Loge has filed a motion to accelerate that judgment, which means he would then be declared guilty in that case and forced to serve its sentence.
