Mike Littlefield, 69, of Muskogee was arrested on Tuesday around 11 p.m. on a complaint of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also held on a complaint of resisting arrest.
Littlefield was previously convicted of three separate instances of driving under the influence. He was formerly a prosecutor under former District Attorney Drew Edmondson, but has been in private practice for many years since then.
One of his convictions involved property damage.
The details of his latest arrest have not yet been made public.
UPDATE JUNE 28: Litlefield was driving a 2009 Toyota Avalon with no tire on the rear driver’s side, according to an officer’s report, and the bumper on the front was dragging the ground. He was pulled over at US 69 and Wainwright Road.
