Jacob Reynolds, 30, of Muskogee was arrested after he fled Judge Robin Adair’s courtroom at the Muskogee County Courthouse today.
Reynolds showed up late and without an attorney for a sounding docket after being warned that he needed to be on time and with an attorney.
He is accused of endangering the life of an infant by driving drunk with the infant in the car.
This morning, Reynolds called the court and told them he was “on his way” and having trouble contacting his attorney. The attorney, meanwhile, called the court and told it that she had not been retained in the case. When Adair revoked his bond and ordered him arrested, Reynolds said he had to make a call and then fled the courtroom.
He has not been arrested yet.
“We highly encourage him to turn himself in,” Muskogee County Chief Deputy Michael Mahan said.
