On February 20, Dalton Dillard, 29, of Muskogee is alleged to have attempted to rob the Subway restaurant on South 32nd Street by claiming he had a weapon. He walked away with nothing, according to police.
On February 22, he allegedly came back with a BB gun, robbing the same Subway, getting $156.22.
On February 24, he was charged with robbery, a felony. He also was charged with a second felony, possession of an imitation firearm during the commission of a felony, and a misdemeanor, possession of methamphetamine.
Then, on March 5, he was charged with a second felony for the first attempted robbery.
The same Subway employee was working during both robberies, according to police.
