The Barracks Foundation was awarded a $2,000 donation from Jamie Francis Agency through the Safeco Insurance Change Agents program.

Jamie Francis Agency announces that it has been awarded $2,000 to donate to The Barracks Foundation, as a participant in the Safeco Insurance Change Agents campaign. The program rewards independent agents whose volunteer efforts make a difference in their communities and recognizes that small, everyday steps can have a big local impact.

The goal of the Safeco Change Agents program is to recognize that significant change doesn’t always require huge projects or massive time commitments. Francis, owner of Jamie Francis Agency, was one of two agents nationwide who garnered the most attention on social media for their charitable efforts related to veterans’ affairs in order to receive the $2,000 donation from Safeco Insurance.

The mission of The Barracks is to provide a central location for local veterans to find love, support and consolidated resources like career counseling. Francis supports the organization through organizing fundraisers like “Bikelahoma,” an event full of music, food, bikes and activities for kids.
