Charles Earl Ginn

Charles Earl Ginn, 36, of Haskell is charged in Muskogee County District Court with a felony count of kidnapping and a misdemeanor of domestic abuse after a multi-county ride in which he is alleged to have confined his girlfriend against her will and beat her.

An affidavit filed with the case alleges that, while the girlfriend was in Dollar General in Haskell, Ginn went through her phone and allegedly found messages between her and another man. When she got back into the vehicle, she alleges Ginn began hitting her. She tried to exit the vehicle but told police he pulled her back in by her hair.

Ginn allegedly ape driving through Boynton, Council Hill and Checotah, to Eufaula, beating her the entire way. The vehicle pulled off the highway in Eufaula and he is alleged to have stopped hitting her then, pulling into a motel and checking in. He then took her back to Haskell according to the affidavit, but refused to take her back to her house, instead sayin he was taking her to his house. She jumped out of the moving vehicle and went to police.
