Dakota Fletcher, 22, of Porum was injured just south of Warner after he was driving drunk, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Fletcher was driving south on County Road 4340 a mile south of Warner when he departed the roadway to the left, flipping one time and ejecting him.
He was admitted to Sequoyah Memorial Hospital in Sallisaw with head and trunk external injuries.
The highway patrol reported the cause of the wreck as driving under the influence. Fletcher was not wearing a seatbelt.
