September 15, 2018, Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive, and Dodge at the Inaugural Great American Dodgeball Festival. Test your skills against some of this generation’s greatest athletes while pursuing the elusive Golden Wrench. Adult Teams are $120 (6-players per team; $20 for each additional player) and Youth Teams (ages 10-14 years old) are $60.

The event will be held at the Muskogee High School Gymnasium. Team check-in begins at 8:30 am and the tournaments begin at 10 am.

The funds raised for this event will benefit A Soldier’s Child Foundation. Their mission is to serve the Gold Star Children of military personnel who have lost their lives on active duty, while defending the United States. ASC has three points of service for the children of the fallen:

  • Birthday Celebrations: Celebrating recipient children birthdays every year from 1 year old and up to age 18, by spending $150 per child, per birthday according to the child’s specific gift wishes and needs.
  • Mentorship Programs Journey Camp – The group offers a journey camp experience for recipients between the ages of 8-16. This is a week-long summer camp hosted by ASC and kids are encouraged to attend for at least three years.
  • College Scholarships: ASC facilitates in secondary/college scholarships for our recipients through its partner organization, The Folded Flag Foundation and Fallen Patriots Foundation.

“We are seeking sponsors, teams, and anyone willing to volunteer to help at the event,” Ryan Hardaway, Event Committee Member, said. “Hopefully, it will be a large family-friendly event that Muskogee can be proud of and at the same time show support of these Gold Star Families to tell them that we appreciate the sacrifice their loved one made for us so we can continue enjoying our freedoms.” For sponsorship and team registration forms, please email Hardaway or go to Great American Dodgeball Festival Facebook Page.
