Virginia “Lynn” Robinson, 60

Died Tuesday, January 8, 2019

Virginia “Lynn” Robinson of Muskogee, Oklahoma peacefully transcended from this life on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 surrounded by loved ones, after a brave and courageous battle with cancer. She was born on November 5, 1958 in Kilgore, Texas to the late Jerry Eichler Sr and Genele (Stalcup) Eichler.
She received her Master’s Degree from Texas Woman’s University. Lynn worked as a teacher at Dillingham Intermediate Sherman ISD in Sherman, Texas and later for the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Claims Examiner.
She married Amanda Blayne Robinson on July 5, 2017 in San Rafael, California.
Lynn loved ephemera and crafting. She enjoyed selling on Etsy with her instagram group – The Vintage Rebels. Most important to her was traveling with her wife and spending time with her Grandson, Hunter, and family.
Lynn will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her wife, Amanda Robinson; Mother Genele (Stalcup) Eichler; children, Melissa Thompson of Sherman, TX, Kaili Brock, Nathanael Brock, both of Muskogee; grandson, Hunter Thompson of Sherman, TX; brothers, Jay Eichler and wife Vicki of Emory TX, and Clay Eichler and wife Tanya of Denison, TX; mother-in-law, Peggy Jones of Muskogee, other family members and friends.
The family requests for memorials to be made to the American Cancer Society, 4110 S 100th East Ave Ste 101, Tulsa, OK 74146 or online at www.cancer.org in lieu of flowers.
The family would like to express a very special “Thank You” to Peggy Jones, all the friends and family that has helped over the last 7 months, and the staff at Landmark Cancer Center; especially Dr. Vasireddy, Jasmine, Shawna, and Katie.
A family conducted memorial celebration of her life will be Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 11:00 am at Grace Episcopal Church, located at 218 N 6th St, Muskogee, OK 74401.
