Paul Lawrence Bruner Jr., 61

Born Thursday, January 23, 1958

Died Thursday, November 28, 2019

On January 23, 1958, a beautiful baby boy was born to proud parents Paul Bruner Sr. of Muskogee, OK and MaeAlla Bruner of Wagoner, OK. Paul was the youngest son of their three sons. Paul spent most of his adult life working at Acme Engineering. He also worked in the medical field. He attended Northeastern State University and Oklahoma University and graduated from a nursing program at a local institution in Norman, OK. Paul played basketball at Muskogee High School. Paul was a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Paul loved music and played the drums for Muskogee High School. He also played recreationally as well as for church. Paul accepted Christ as a boy and loved to study the Word of God.

Paul was preceded in death by his mother: MaeAlla Bruner, and second wife: Bridget Bruner. He leaves to cherish his memory: his father, Paul Bruner Sr. of Muskogee, OK; his daughter, Katisha Bruner of TX; his son, Paul Bruner III of OK; his brother, Larry (Virginia) Bruner of Houston, TX; his brother, Jerry Bruner of Dallas, TX; special “daughter” Brandy Logan of TX, and a host of beloved cousins, aunts, uncle, niece, and nephew.

With family members in attendance, a public visitation is scheduled, Friday, December 6, 2019 at the funeral home during the hours of 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M.

The family has been cared for by, House of Winn-Muskogee.
