Marsha L. McCrery, 67

Died Wednesday, October 30, 2019

Marsha Louise McCrery, 67, of Wagoner, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019. She was born October 31, 1951 in Paris, Illinois to Walter and Martha Montross. She attended public schools and graduated from Sam Rayburn High School in Pasadena, TX with the class of 1970.
Marsha met and later married James S. McCrery and they shared more than 29 years of life and marriage together.
She was an avid reader, and has been a volunteer genealogist at Three Forks Geneaology for more than 16 years.
Marsha will always be remembered for her love of taking care of all the babies; especially her grandson, Orion. She always had an open door for many of her son’s friends who she took in and considered them one of her own.
She was preceded in death by parents, Walter and Martha Montross; her brothers, Mark Montross and Will Montross; and her sister, Margaret Ferguson.
Marsha is survived by her husband, James, of the home; son, Mathew Roy McCrery and wife Maranda; grandson, Orion McCrery, all of Muskogee; her brother, Mike Montross of Wagoner; special friends, Lavanna Casey, Bonnie Bunting, and Diane Collier; along with other family members and friends who will miss her greatly.
Funeral services are planned at a later date at Hurley Funeral Home, 122 W. Douglas Ave, Petersburg, IL., 62675.
