Mallory Raven Watson, 24, entered Heaven’s gates on April 21, 2021 in Tulsa, Ok. Mallory was born on June 14, 1996 to Tonia and Kevin Watson in Tulsa, OK.
Mallory grew up in Muskogee, OK where she played basketball many years for the Knights. Mallory was an active member of Battle Creek Church where she was part of the Drama Team. She volunteered in China for six weeks teaching children English. Mallory was fluent in Mandarin, Chinese, Spanish and American sign language. Mallory studied at Oral Roberts University for three years. She loved to worship and praise God on Wednesday nights playing electric guitar and bass at ORU. Mallory was a leader and manager at Chick-fil-A in Sand Springs. She was attending her last year at OSU and just recently purchased her first home.
Mallory was preceded in death by her grandfather; Tommy Thompson, grandmother; Peggy Stamper, Great-Grandparents; Joe and Christine Williams, Lynn and Mary Thompson, and Bud and Dodie Virden.
She is survived by her mother; Tonia (Thompson) Watson, Father; Kevin Watson, brother Wyatt Watson and girlfriend Dominique Potter, grandmother; Sharon Thompson, grandfather; Sam Watson, aunts; Melissa Thompson and Michelle Stamper, uncle; Mark Thompson and wife Libby, cousins; Brandon Parker and wife Shanna, Brittany Sanford and husband Japheth, Seth Sherman and wife Mollie, Tristan Sherman and fiancé Indy Hicks, Tyler Byrd, Haley Stamper and a host of friends and family.
A Celebration of Mallory’s life will be held at 2pm, Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Christian Chapel Church with Rev. Cecil Guthrie officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Seth Sherman, Japheth Sanford, Devin Cochran, and Indy Hicks.
