Kimberly Raye Haile, 58, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. She was born on July 22, 1963 to Donald Ray Goad and Marilyn Jean Goad in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She graduated from Muskogee High School with the class of 1981. Kim went on and obtained her bachelor’s degree in 1984 and a master’s degree in reading in 2007.
She married the love of her life, Mark Alan Haile, on May 25, 1984 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. They shared over 37 years of life, love, marriage and family together.
Kim was a teacher at Boulevard Christian School for many years. She loved her job and all the children she taught. Kim was a member of Brushy Mountain Church. She was an avid reader and loved spending time in a good book. Kim loved her family very much and will always be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, Gammy and friend.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Goad; great-grandmother, Ruth Mackenzie; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and Rosalie Haile.
Kim is survived by her husband Mark Haile of the home; son, Christopher Haile and wife Jasmine of Midwest City, OK; daughter, Katie Payne and husband Matthew of Verdigris, OK; mother, Marilyn Goad of Muskogee, OK; brother, Mark Goad and wife Diane of Muskogee, OK; sister, Tina Goad of Muskogee, OK; 3 nephews all of Muskogee, OK; granddaughter, Ayana of Midwest City, OK; and many other family members and friends.
A celebration of Kim’s life will be 10AM, Monday, October 18, 2021 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary McKeen officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery with Christopher Haile, Matthew Payne, Mark Goad, T.J. Hutson, Anthony Goad and Tyler Goad serving as pallbearers.
