James Paschall Eubanks was born June 6, 1939 to James Henry Eubanks and Florence Odessa Bell Eubanks in Arpelar, OK. He grew up there loving riding his horse and playing sports at Haywood High School, where he graduated in 1958. While there, he met Iline Woodand and they were married on May 31, 1958. They had two children, Brian Eubanks and Karen Eubanks Cosby.
Upon their marriage, they moved to Muskogee, OK. He worked for several years at The Automotive, then moved on to Fansteel Metals. He retired from Johnston Enterprises at the Port of Muskogee in 2005. When he retired, he and Iline loved traveling to The Rocky Mountains in Colorado, the Ozarks in Arkansas, and having Halloween campouts with their children and grandchildren.
