Died Thursday, October 31, 2019

Frankie Dean Powell, 77, of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, October 31, 2019. She was born September 2, 1942 in Gregory, Arkansas to Henry and Gladys Hensley.
Frankie married the love of her life, Charles Rayburn Powell, on February 4, 1961 in Cotton Plant, Arkansas. They shared more than 58 years of life, marriage, and making memories together.
She loved spending time with her family and was of the Pentecostal faith. She also enjoyed reading and shopping.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Gladys Hensley; five brothers, Harley, Rodney, Jesse, Henry, and Curly; two sisters, Hazel Sibert and Shelbie Holliman; brother-in-law, Roger Bowie and her daughter, Renee’ Crossland.
Frankie is survived by her husband, Rayburn of the home; daughter, Ramona McDaniel; honorary daughter, Jody Williams; grandchildren, Gavin Barnett, Colby Crossland, Nathan Barnett, Tameka and John Boeken, Michael Crossland, Chelsa and Nicholas Francis; many great-grandchildren; her siblings, Earl and wife Beth Hensley, Bobby Hensley, Michael and wife Diane Hensley, Linda Bowie, Julie and husband John Fetty, Randy and wife April Hensley; brother-in-law, Corlis Holliman; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services celebrating Frankie’s life will be 2PM, Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Harold Turner officiating.
