Edward Eugene “Elvis” Page, 74, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022. He was born on November 14, 1947 to Eddie E. Page and Hazel (Manis) Page in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Edward graduated from Muskogee Central High School with the class of 1966. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam from 1967-1968 and received an honorable discharge.
Edward married the love of his life, Trudy Aline Reese, on October 1, 1966 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. They shared just shy of 56 years of life, marriage and family together.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger years. After retiring from his career in insurance sales, Edward loved spending time with all of his grandbabies and taking Harper for rides on the “Hog”. He loved watching SouthPark, Big Bang Theory, Seinfeld, and America’s Got Talent. Edward will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Page; brothers, Gary and Jerry Lee; sister, Linda; and son, Richard.
Edward is survived by his loving wife, Trudy Page of the home; children, Ed, Jr. and special friend “Pam” of Muskogee, OK, Tom and wife Melissa of Austin, TX, and Kristin “Sissy” and husband Eric of Muskogee, OK; mother, Hazel Page of Muskogee, OK; sister, Beatrice Ballard, of Muskogee, OK; brothers, David and wife Judy of Houston, TX and Larry Page and wife Sherril of Muskogee, OK; daughter-in-law, Sharon Heslar of Muskogee, OK; grandchildren, Ashley (Kirby) Kilgore of Muskogee, OK, Haylie (Randy) Braden of Muskogee, OK, Courtney of Muskogee, OK, Nathan of Fort Hood, TX, Zack of Muskogee, OK, Isadora Trudy of Austin, TX, and Tiffany Page of Muskogee, OK; great-grandchildren, Hadley, Tripp, Gunny, Makaelynn, and Harper all of Muskogee, OK; favorite waitress, PJ from ANNA’S; numerous nieces, nephews family and friends from all over.
A celebration of Edward’s life will be 11AM, Friday, July 1, 2022 at Fort Gibson National Cemetery with Tom Sullivan officiating.
