Cynthia Lee “Cid” Sears, 59, of Muskogee was born September 17, 1959 in Glendale, CA and peacefully passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019 in Muskogee, OK.
Cid grew up in California where she received her formal education. She continued on to Point Loma Nazarene University in California. She later moved to Fort Gibson, OK and started her career with the Muskogee Phoenix as a Sales/Account Manager and later became a Senior Sales Executive. Her job and her family where her passions in life.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Trevor and wife Logan of Wagoner, OK; Ian and wife Ashli of Sanger, TX; granddaughter, Sloane Sears of Sanger, TX; grandsons, Zane and Croy Sears of Wagoner, OK; and Tripp Sears of Sanger, TX; parents, Ray and Ester Smith of Washington; brother, David Smith of Washington; biological mother, Elizabeth Nagy of Los Angeles, CA; aunt, Xenia Nagy of Los Angeles, CA; former husband, Doug Sears of Texas; extended family and many friends.
Cid is preceded in death by her biological father, Jeno Ference Nagy.
A service celebrating Cid’s life will be held at a later date.
