Adrian Sample, 26, of Tulsa was arrested yesterday evening, according to Officer Lincoln Anderson of the Muskogee Police.
Sample was on the Tulsa Police Department’s most-wanted list in connection with a homicide in March. He was also wanted for aggravated assault and battery, threatening a violent act, pointing a firearm and possession of a firearm after former conviction of a felony.
The homicide happened March 20, when 31-year-old Durell Collins was gunned down as he drove down North Peoria Street in Tulsa. Collins walked to a restaurant and told people there he had been shot, but by the time police arrived, he had walked to East Seminole Street and died. His car had several bullet holes in it.
